Using our full line of ultra-quiet electric equipment, we operate exclusively between 4 p.m. and 9 a.m., so your business stays quiet and accessible to clients and their customers during the day. We serve commercial properties only. No residential services.
All services are performed after hours between 4 PM and 9 AM
Standard Package ( Monthly, Biweekly, or Weekly Service Visits)
Our Standard Package covers all essential green-area care:
• Trimming of all bushes and shrubs
• Remove all debris from inside and underneath bushes and shrubs
- Remove dead limbs from trees Â
• Weed eating and hand weeding in all flower beds and green areas
• Mowing all grass areas
• Edging all grass borders
• Blowing off the parking lot and cleaning out storm drainage areas and along curbs
• All trees on the property, including in parking lots and landscaped areas, are maintained to a standard clearance height of 7 feet from the ground to the first branches (unless otherwise specified by the client) to keep clear, safe lines of sight across the property
Plus Package (Monthly, Biweekly, or Weekly Service Visits)
Our Plus Package includes everything in the Standard Package, plus:
• Parking lot pressure washing every 6 months, using eco‑friendly soap in your choice of lavender, citrus, pine, or unscented
• First‑floor exterior window washing every 6 months
• Parking lot striping once per year
Premium Package (Biweekly or Weekly Service Visits)
Our Premium Package is designed for high‑visibility commercial properties that need top‑tier care. It includes everything in the Plus Package, plus:
• First‑floor exterior window washing every other month
• Parking lot pressure washing every other month
• Parking lot striping every 6 months
• Same-day, on-call response for any broken limbs or storm/weather damage to trees and shrubs, including removal and cleanup of all related debris from the property
• Same-day response for irrigation issues like broken pipes or sprinkler problems (repairs at an extra charge)
We operate exclusively after hours so your tenants, customers, and staff experience zero disruption while your property always looks its best.

About After Hours Commercial Landscaping
My name is Gabriel Rivera, and I am the owner and founder of After Hours Commercial Landscaping here in Eugene, Oregon. I currently work for a local landscaping company, and over the years I’ve seen a lot about this industry that I believe can be done better especially for busy commercial properties.

First, there’s the issue of timing. Most landscaping is done during normal business hours, right when your tenants, customers, and staff are trying to work, shop, or receive care. Landscapers blow dust and debris onto parked vehicles, create noise outside office and medical buildings, and generally disrupt the very people your property is meant to serve. I started After Hours Commercial Landscaping to change that. We operate after hours, from 4 PM to 9 AM, so your property can be fully maintained without getting in the way of your business.

Second, I’ve seen firsthand how critical proper maintenance is for safety. I lived through the Alameda Fire in Southern Oregon and lost many of my belongings. Watching that fire move through Talent, Phoenix, south Medford, and parts of Ashland was like watching something alive. One thing stood out: some properties were completely destroyed while others right next door were left standing. The difference, in many cases, was maintenance. Properties with dry leaves, branches, and debris provided fuel for the fire. Properties that were clean, clear, and well-maintained often fared much better.

Now, starting fresh in Eugene, my goal is to bring that higher standard of care to commercial properties here. I want to help set a new standard for landscaping, safety-focused commercial landscaping keeping your grounds accessible, clean, dust free, and quiet from loud landscaping equipment during normal business hours and better prepared for both everyday use and the growing risks of extreme weather and wildfire.

I’m a native Oregonian, so I know how extreme our seasons can be soaking-wet winters and springs, and hot, dry summers. I’ve seen what happens when storm drains aren’t maintained, including the 1997 New Year’s Day flood, where clogged drains and debris kept water from draining off streets and parking lots. I’ve also seen how dry debris can fuel dangerous wildfires in our hotter summers.

That’s why I focus on keeping commercial properties both flood-ready and fire-ready: clearing leaves and trash from storm drains and hard surfaces, and removing dry branches and debris that can become fuel. Proper maintenance isn’t just about looks it’s about protecting your property and your community.
We are currently preparing for our grand launch and will officially begin service on January 1, 2027. We are in the process of finalizing our LLC and securing comprehensive commercial insurance with $2M in coverage to ensure your property is fully protected. Right now, we are actively signing contracts and finalizing preparations to transition from my current role to running After Hours Commercial Landscaping rewarding my clients with full-time dedication and professional excellence.
