All prices are based on property size minus structures and the ratio of green vs. grey areas. All other information is used only to determine service times and days. All prices are based on a month-to-month agreement and are locked in for 12 months from the start of service or for the duration of the contract. There is a 15% discount for a one-year contract and a 25% discount for a five-year contract. A 50% markup applies to the monthly price for a one-time visit. Bids are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
